In the lesson

Sam and her friends go into class to find that their teacher has had to go home sick and has been replaced by a new supply teacher. He's young and looks a bit nervous of them. Not sure what the class usually do when they come in from the playground he asks them to take their coats off and sit at their desks. Sam knows they usually sit in their groups as they are continuing a group project. The class are more noisy than usual and take ages to settle down. Some of Sam's friends sit in the wrong place on purpose.
When everyone's settled the supply teacher introduces himself and asks the class what they've been doing in Geography. People start telling him different things and the noise gets louder and louder with everyone talking at once.

Think about each choice carefully before you decide!

Does Sam?

a) Use the opportunity as an excuse to disrupt the lesson?

b) Try and assist the supply teacher?

c) Sit back and do less work than usual?
