Poverty is a very important thing in the world and it
has been for years. Poverty has caused people to do things
that are not right. For example stealing, selling drugs and the reason
why poverty wasn't stopped years ago is because of greed. People are too selfish
to give money away. They only think about themselves and forget about the people
who drink water knowing that it is polluted and may kill them. Why are people
drinking polluted water? Because of greed. People have been giving money to
charity for years and yet there is still polluted water. Where is the money
going to? Maybe to the governments. On top of all this the governments have
a lot of money and still they are not sharing it, why? Because they are greedy
and don't want anyone else to have more money or power. For example Bill Gates
is literally swimming in money and yet he doesn't give as much as he can to
the less fortunate. |
