Student Engagement

We encourage students to play an active role in working for change. In order to do this they need to think critically about the issues and about the information they receive.

Here are some examples of some of the things young people have got involved with in recent years.

The ocean project allowed students to together to create a digital web resource for schools in Tower Hamlets.

The schools, Ben Jonson, Cayley, Halley, Harry Gosling and Redlands schools researched global issues such as Refugees, Fairtrade, Food, Health and Rights of the Child.
what is Global Learning? what is sustainability? what about child rights? what about climate change?
